Yes. Secure Psychology is in-network with multiple commercial health insurance plans. Insurance coverage can make therapy more affordable, and our team is happy to help you understand your benefits and determine whether your plan includes mental health services.
Because coverage varies by plan, deductible, and policy, we encourage you to contact us so we can verify your benefits and provide an estimate of any out-of-pocket costs. Our administrative team will work with you to make the process as simple and transparent as possible.
If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. We can provide a superbill for eligible services upon request.
For the most current list of accepted insurance plans, please contact our office. We're happy to answer any questions and help you explore your options for care.

Getting started is simple. The first step is to contact our office by phone, email, or through our website to request a free consultation. Our team will answer any questions you may have, discuss scheduling options, verify insurance benefits when applicable, and help match you with a therapist who best fits your needs and goals.
Once your appointment is scheduled, you'll receive intake forms to complete before your first session. During your initial appointment, you and your therapist will discuss your concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy.
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, but you don't have to navigate it alone. We're here to support you throughout the process and help you find the care that's right for you.

The length of therapy varies from person to person and depends on your unique goals, needs, and circumstances. Some clients seek short-term support for a specific concern or life transition, while others choose longer-term therapy to address deeper patterns, relationship challenges, or ongoing personal growth.
During your initial sessions, you and your therapist will discuss your goals and develop a treatment plan that feels appropriate for you. Throughout the process, your progress and needs will be reviewed regularly to ensure therapy remains aligned with your objectives.
There is no set timeline for growth and healing. Our goal is to provide the support, tools, and guidance you need while empowering you to move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and well-being. Therapy is always a collaborative process, and the duration of treatment is ultimately determined by what feels most beneficial for you.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and may require changes to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge when notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to make a schedule change within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact our office or your therapist directly. We will make every effort to accommodate a new appointment time.
If your appointment is rescheduled within the same calendar week, no cancellation fee will be charged. If the appointment is canceled and not rescheduled within the same week, you will be responsible for the full contracted session rate unless your insurance plan prohibits the collection of cancellation fees.
We appreciate your understanding, as timely cancellations allow us to offer appointment times to other clients in need of care.

We understand that using insurance can sometimes feel confusing, and we're here to help. As a courtesy, our team will verify your benefits and provide the most up-to-date coverage information available at the time of verification. Please keep in mind that insurance companies make the final determination regarding coverage and payment of claims.
Clients are responsible for any copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, or services not covered by their insurance plan. If insurance coverage is inactive or services are determined to be out-of-network, the client may be responsible for the cost of treatment.
If you have questions about your benefits or financial responsibility, we encourage you to reach out to insurance carrier directly with any questions about coverage, benefits, or eligibility.

Yes. We understand that balancing work, school, family, and other responsibilities can make it difficult to attend therapy during traditional business hours. To help make care more accessible, some of our therapists offer evening and weekend appointments.
Availability varies by clinician and may change over time. If you are looking for a specific appointment time, our team will work with you to identify available options and match you with a therapist whose schedule best fits your needs.
Please contact our office for current availability. We're happy to help you find a convenient appointment time.

Under federal law, clients who do not have insurance or who choose not to use their insurance benefits have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected costs of their healthcare services before treatment begins.
A Good Faith Estimate outlines the anticipated cost of therapy services and helps you make informed decisions about your care. While actual costs may vary depending on the duration and frequency of treatment, the estimate is intended to provide transparency regarding your financial responsibility.
If you are paying for services out-of-pocket, you may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling or at any time during treatment. Our team is happy to answer questions and help you understand the estimated costs associated with your care.
For more information about your rights regarding Good Faith Estimates, please contact our office.
